NEW 300g acrylic tank
I just got a new 300g tank that i planning on stocking with my pack of clowns, emperors, kubs, sids, histronicas, and queens. But, was wondering what would be some good dither fish that i could add? (kinda not leaning towards smaller fish like tetras or rasboras) tank specs are 96x30x24. As of right now they all are in separate tanks and i feel that there will be some space to fill in the upper part of the tank. Any suggestions would be greatly apperciated! Thanks in advance! Oh btw my biggest clown is about 7-8" and the rest are mostly 3-5" and about 5 that are 1.5-2".

300 gallons? Wow! You will have to post pictures. I think people put in rainbows in larger tanks. Pretty, fast and active fish.

A beautiful barb I'm planning on having a school of is the Denison Barb (Puntis denisonii.) They are also known as Red Line Torpedo Barb and Roseline Shark. Awesome fish. We have a nice sized school in one of our displays at Georgia Aquarium. They really are striking and pretty hardy. The drawback is (isn't there always one?) is they are a little pricey. I've seen then online for around $30 plus shipping. If that's way out of range the popular Tiger Barb are hardy, pretty and inexpensive, but you will already have that color scheme as your clowns. Rosy Barbs are colorful, inexpensive and a different colors scheme than the clowns.
I also really like rainbows. The fast moving water is perfect for most and their price range is inexpensive to quite expensive. The range of colors is just as extensive.
Good luck in deciding,..I wish I were in your shoes!
