River fishe in natural habitat in Japanese subtropics(South)
Hi everyone.
I have traveled to Okinawa in Japanese subtropics in June and have taken pictures of freshwater fish in a natural habitat in the water.
Some pictures of the fish and videos besides Stiphodon genus are introduced.
Around the mouth of a river.
The young fish crowd(Amphidromous migration) going upstream to a freshwater river from a sea.

hi Odyssey, what are the two fish in the last pic ,with the black markings in the caudal and dorsal ?

Wow, look at the colors on the goby in the last pic! Amazing! We still haven't seen those guys in the trade here in States. Odyssey, I am curious about your underwater camera setup. What are you using to take these wonderful pictures?
