I am not sure who can actually be compatible with the paradise fish. I had other gouramis with them, with no signs of aggression, but there must have been some going on, as the paradise are now by themselves!

Blood Parrot Fish and Compatible Tank Mates
I have 2 Blue Paradise Gouramis in a 45 gal. tank. Would the parrot fish live OK with them, or would the paradise fish be took aggressive for them? I would like larger fish in this aquarium for the members of the vets home, since eye sight is somewhat of an issue.
I am not sure who can actually be compatible with the paradise fish. I had other gouramis with them, with no signs of aggression, but there must have been some going on, as the paradise are now by themselves!
