Is there a way to ignore a member completely on LoL? So I would never see their posts?

I have noticed a lot of spam posts, and it would be nice if there was a way to ignore them. I think that the moderators are doing a good job of keeping them under control, but still. I have not seen too many, but they are annoying when I do see them.
