Right,
I'm getting tired of plecostamus generally, but for the next project will need a little "heft" in my algal clean-up crew.
Do snails mark/scratch acrylic like plecos have a reputation to do?

Wow, that was a conversation killer! No one has posted to this forum in 2 days! We all seem to be paralyzed by our lack of knowledge... so let me be the first to say I have no idea!

I have snails in an acrylic tank. It was heavily algae covered and I could not see anything inside the tank. I added 6 Nerites and the glass was crystal clear the next day and kept clean everyday afterwards.
