Recently, the walls are slowly becoming covered by that green hard stuff.
What should I do? It's a dedicated sewellia river tank. How do you keep the panels algae-free in a river tank where the loaches depend on the algae to survive?
Fighting algae in a plantless river flow tank? Should I?

I use a razer blade to scrape off the hard algae I do not want on the walls. I let it grow on the other three (back to two sides) but the front is scraped every water change. Just make sure not to scrape too close to the silicone.

I also leave the algae except on the front panel.
