I would not know what they are. Please refer to fishes by their scientific name - your common name might be used in only a few states, but even if it is used in the whole USA - that's just a fraction of the world.

Scientific names are fur use worldwide

They are called Carinotetraodon travancoricus ...

I think I might have had one, once. I did have a Tetraodon fish, or related, but it did not really impress me
