My kuhli loach has "worn spots" on its back

Over 5 days ago I've noticed white spots on one of my kuhli loaches. It looks like worn spots and it don't progress. BUT today I cought a glimpse of that white spots on the side of my enother kuhli. In other respects my loaches behave as usual.
What can it be? Does it looks like the beginning of any disease? Or is it normal and transient occurrence?

* Type of fish that are affected: - pangio kuhli (kuhli loach)
* How long has the tank been set up for? - For 2,5 months
* Size of tank (dimensions and volume). - 100 gallon, 70x35x37
* How is the tank being filtered? - Tetra EX600
* Water temperature. - 26
* Your maintenance regime. - water changes once in 3 days for 10-15%, filter was cleaned twice in 2,5 months (fillers (without substratum for bacterias) washes in aquarian water).
* Has anything new been added to the tank recently? - The new fish SAE and plants were added 2 weeks ago.
* What other fish are in the tank? - colisa lalia, SAE
* Your current water parameters - ammonia = 0, nitrite=0.1 , nitrate=10, pH=7.5-7.8, kH=6.

I see stretch spots like that on most of my older loaches. I just think it's a sign of maturity and growth.

I agree, my kuhlis' spots seem to change over time

My striped Kuhlies have spots like this as well. Since many striped Loaches are under the umbrella of "Kuhli," it can be hard to tell which species you have. Their markings are so individual and apt to change with time and mood. In fact, most Loaches change pattern over time. To look at a mature Clown Loach versus a juvenile one is a good example. Some seem to keep their colour and pattern longer than others.
