Clown loaches sick

HI,

Its been approx a week and the loaches started having holes on their head and one has a massive gash behind his eye.

Currently the one that was the most ill has been breathing rapidly for 3 days and not eating.

The other two seem to still be eating, but one of them is swimming strange with his back bottom fin clamped/held up.

I have tried to medicate them with protozin (waterlife) and it seems to have helped somewhat but I'm not sure.

any advice would be great!
