Loach Not Eating and Has Skin Spots – Need Help!

Hi everyone,

I'm reaching out for advice Football Bros IO and hoping someone with experience can help. I’ve noticed some concerning behavior in one of my loaches over the past few days.

Problem Details:

Issue: Not eating for several days (about 3–4 days now)

Other symptoms:

Pale or faded coloring

Small white or gray spots on the skin

Hiding more than usual

Occasional flashing (rubbing against tank objects)

Could this be Ich (Ichthyophthirius multifiliis)? The white spots don’t look fuzzy like fungus, but they’re small and scattered.

I’m worried about stressing the fish further with the wrong treatment, so before I medicate, I wanted to get advice from this community.
