hoping for miraculous recovery

Post by bigpow » Sat Jul 25, 2009 6:29 pm

One of my baby loach decided to take a walk on the carpet for several minutes.
When I realized it, he was already dried up and curled up.
As I picked him up, he wiggled faintly. Hoping for the best, I put him back into the tank, inside a breeder net.

That was last night.

Today, he's still very shocked, but seem to hang in there.

Boy, I really admire this little guy's will to live.
Yesterday, I thought for sure, he was a goner. But today, I'm really hoping he could make a miraculous recovery.

Please wish him luck.

Good luck to the little guy.
38 tanks, 2 ponds over 4000 liters of water to keep clean and fresh.

Happy fish keeping!

still hanging in there

Thanks for all your cheers.
My little guy is still fighting/won't give up.

Today I managed to un-wrapped the spider web from his body (which he apparently able to got himself tangled into).

He swam a little, had some frozen bloodworms, but still quite lethargic.

Resting inside a breeder net, with the other clowns poking at him asking him to come out and play already.

What this little guy's going through, has given me some refreshing look at life, in general. Kinda like watching proud football or Rocky movie (getting beaten up w/o any hope of winning, before the music started playing)

thanks for all the wishes.
Looks like the little guy took too much damage to begin with.

He fell asleep a few hours after his last meal yesterday.
