Kuhli Loach skin problem??

Does anyone know what might cause this?
I thought something might have just nibbled on its skin, but the fuzzy black dots look suspicious.

This guy is the only one with this problem. Just saw it the day before yesterday and didn't think anything of it until I looked closer and saw the dots last night.

Skin fungus? I had a patch like that on a Rosy Barb and I treated it with Kordon's Rid Fungus for a few weeks and it went away.

I agree with Monica about using kordon's rid fungus.. I had this problem once with mine and kordon was the solution..
