White spot

From yesterday my loaches are severing and in their all over the body cover by Some white dotes. and i treat by using methyl blue and blow more oxygen to the tank but still their seems like before. their in my community tank and some discuss fishes and corrydora fishes are also feel like that. i saw some treads are recommend heating methods. but unfortunately currently i haven't tank heater. what should i do for this matter is methyl blue enough for this matter.?
