So, yet again I got something I think I'm not supposed to have

Anyways:

I went to one of the LFS I usually don't go to, to get 4 Yoyo-loaches. I saw them in a tank and they were all about the same size, very small, but seemed healthy. So I asked them to take 4 of them.. and apparently a loach had appeared that I hadn't seen, so without thinking about it I went home.

Now I saw, this can't be a yoyo, can it? And I'm unsure on what loach it is. Please help

Is it perhaps a Botia histrionic?
