Is This a Loach?

Hi,
I was wondering if this is a Loach or not. It is 6 years old.

For some reason i'm thinking Garra annandalei.

Just so you know the fellow I am helping, in trying to get this fish's ID says he dose not think it is a Garra.

That is a better picture Mack, from the first pic I would have agreed with Garra but looking at the second pic I would say Labeo maybe, I have seen one with the orangy fins and that black mark on the caudal and I think it was labeo rohita

Can't see the photos well but....
Are we sure it's not one of the North American suckers? That second photo looks pretty familiar.
