Botia caudipunctata

Post by Mike Ophir » Mon Jan 16, 2006 2:42 pm

Heres a photo (a poor quality one but still...) of one of my three Botia caudipunctata. They are growing up to be quite amazing fish!

Hope all are well.

Hi Mike. Your link is not working, but i've found your picture on the loachtank/coppermine site. Hope you don't mind, but i've altered your picture. Your Caudipunctata is a superb looking specimen. :D

thanks guys!
How do I post that pic here?
Yea I love how they are growing out.. I got three of them in a contaminant tank with Botia modesta in a fish shop in Providence, RI.
When I asked the owner how much they cost he said "ill give them to you for $1.99 each, they have been causing so many problems for our other fish, we were just gonna flush them down the toilet soon."
Needless to say I said "Ill buy the tank" and got 2 Botia eos with the 3 caudis as well!
Beautiful fish.

Thanks,

Mike
