Mark, i don't think you'll notice this behavior with your group as they are on their own, my two are in with mixed botia's and watching them all morning to see how they react to the other fish, they are'nt aggresive but if bothered they can and do stand up for themselves very easily with botias bigger than themselves.
they stay out quite a bit now as well, eating is not as i'd like it but time will tell.

I am hoping to have some come in next week, but will only be letting them go in groups of 3 or more, after several weeks of quarantine.

Im getting my group tomorrow, either 4 or 5 :D I havnt been around much lately as things have been so busy, Tuesday is the day of my last assignment so I think I deserve a BIG treat :lol:

Mark they are stunners..... can't wait to see them in the flesh 8)

they are gorgeous pet, look out for the one with the gammy eye pet, great looking fish except for that.

To be fair there isnt much to choose between them.
They are fantastic,well shipped,well looked after fish from my Thai buddy.
I would have quarantined them if it was needed but you guys know what you are looking at

Hi Emma if you saw these fish you'd be impressed by their condition , they really are tip top !

I do take your point about selling them in three's but to be honest I wouldn't think this is really needed as somtimes they are found in Thailand as single fish residing in the companey of Y. caudipunctatus , in fairness I think they'd be ok in a mixed Botia tank :idea:
