WHAT is this creature?

My first thought is it is a frozen bloodworm remain. It’s definitely not detritus. I’m hoping it’s not a dead internal worm.

Eww! I'm not sure what it is. I was expecting fat red "detritus worms", generally harmless. But yours is not that.
