"Ayu-yana"
Traditional fishing method to catch ayu with huge trap made of bamboo made in river
A trap to capture ayu flowing down the river for egg laying. The captured Ayu will be the food of the restaurant along the river.

The Japanese sure do love their fish - if I'm not mistaken, that's even one of the reasons behind their usual longevity!
My favourite Japanese fish fact is that their gutters are so clean that koi carps live in some of them... It would be absolute science fiction both in my native Belgium and in Russia, where I live now.

These are the depictions two years prior, anyway I used to most likely watch Fairy shrimp within the rice self-discipline virtually my domicile. We identify Fairy shrimp "HOUNEN EBI" in jap.

Remarkable portraits!! I explicitly love the consumes. I reward a couple of varieties of freshwater fish of Okinawa instead of Stiphodon this time. It's unusual to peer the prohibitive items on Niwaella delicata.
