Here is a little different and more aggressive action with my hillstreams. Plus a lot of fry and youngsters of different sizes will swim by. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tZ6gATVpuiY
It looks like breeding is roughly every 3 weeks, with 10-15 fry surviving. The 30 gallon tank right now has at least 75 fish of different sizes. Catching these fish is almost impossible. Even once trapped in a net they are tough to get off of the side of the tank. Baby brine shrimp fed twice daily has really increased the number of fry surviving.
