Are Pictus cats a problem to house with Yoyo and striata and clown loaches?

No, they will be fine. Just make sure to keep them in groups and provide caves and hiding spots as you would for loaches.

Clowns-6 is a group and more is never too many, providing the aquarium is large enough.
