Thanks everyone. I will try to post more images in the near future.
The shrimp is Macrobrachium rosenbergii. The largest fresh water shrimp in the world. Taste good too!!!
Where should I send the large files to, Mark?

Agree!
They're pretty pricey here in the states.

Yep, that's what she has
It was sold to her as a Ghost Shrimp, quickly ate the others, grew and starting hunting fish. She showed me pics of the molt and how big it's gotten and I love the thing

"Shrimpy" is now about 7"

Pretty darn cool. While I won't get to see any loaches, I might be going on a fish collecting trip in Uraguay in November and can't wait to see tropical fish in their natural habitat. Maybe I'll get to go to Asia one day.

Hi Nonn , the 2nd pic , the top fish , of which only the caudal and dorsal are visible , is that a red finned Leconte ?
