Dutch does if happen after feeding time and they do it on the sand?

Often it is a way to lift food debris from the ground.

I often observe that and never had any disease of any kind. Just keep an eye on that but don't panic

Chen has a good point after all. I mean if you go to a FS you'll find goldfish with two tails bulging eyes etc. If some unexperienced hobbiest is happy to bring them home it is better that he gets those rather than stock taken from nature. We are talking about fish which will always remain in captiv...

IMPRESSIVE, very impressive. Scrolling down these two lines:

Die Susswasserfische Birmas - Die familie Cobitidae
Dr. Axelrod's MINI ATLAS

somehow merged and I read Dr. Seuss Mini Atlas and got a little confused.

Don't go away TDO we'll always need you

I wonder whether it is actually the praziquantel which cause the flashing. Its side effects include:
Sensitivity reactions: Urticaria, rash, pruritus and eosinophilia in White Blood Counts.

Hi Aegolius, welcome to LOL.

First of all congratulations for your photos which are beautiful.

The fish look fine to me but wait for other members to read your post and they may give you a better opinion.

Just a question: how big is the tank and how many fish do you have in total?
