In case someone is interested here's my yoyo (botia almorhae) family, in the bossing order. :D
There's something I am confused about - are they males or females?

Adults:

my guess would be both adults are males, thet look as if their snouts are elongated, lets see what the others think.

btw very well patterned adults, the second fish is a pearler.

I've had them since they were youngsters but I really can't recall when that was. I'm guessing they are maybe 7-8 years old if not older.

Okay, I thought they could be males. 8) I've got the impression that females tend to look a lot fatter than males. At what age do females start to get a larger belly? Do all adult females look like they've swallowed a marble (judging from some photos I've seen)? I guess you can't tell from the little ones yet, can you?

I love these creatures, they've got such personality. :)
