Clowns ,Dojos and brownworms????

I freeze brownworms in a freezer bag and flaten them out. When I feed my Loach tank I break off about a 1 1/2" square for them. I have 5 clowns,3 Dojos, 4 Severums ( soon to be one ) two 3" flounder and 6 Phantom tetras. I usually feed them Brownworms about twice a week but have been giving into the clowns begging more often lately. 
How much and how often is it safe to feed them their favorite food ( brownworms ) I`m afraid of constipating them.
