Hey everybody,

I just joined this forum hoping to gain some more accurate knowledge about my loaches. I have 2 clown loaches in a 25 gallon tank along with some other community fish. Yes, I realize I am WAY overstocked and I am trying to upgrade ASAP for my clowns! One is about 3.5 inches and is pretty shy and the other one is a baby at about an inch and a half. He is very outgoing and will try to eat my finger if i put it at the top of the tank, so cute >.<

PS. While browsing the forums before joining I noticed "Emma Turner" had posted. Is this the actual clown loach deity Emma Turner? lol

Hi ThePurpleClownLoach, welcome to Loaches Online. :D Thank you very much for your kind words.

Did you have a look through some of the articles on the main site?

Here's a couple of links, just in case:

 http://www.loaches.com/species-index/cl ... cracanthus

 http://www.loaches.com/articles/an-intr ... ping-botia

 http://www.loaches.com/articles/my-clown-loach-aquarium

Once you upgrade your tank to a larger size, you'll have to add some more clown loaches to join the 2 you already have (quarantine them first, of course). You'll see a marked difference in their behaviour.

Emma
