How do you deal with the excess humidity? Exhaust fan? Dehumidifier??

The spare room is actually more like a garage on the North side of the house. Without any measures the humidity in the room would rise above 85% (depending on the humidity outside), but one or two small bathroom fans transport the humid air from inside the room to outside the room; fresh air from the house is flowing into the room.
I hope I make it clear - as a non-native speaker I am hesitating to use the word
sucking here
