What is the key to differentiate between Sinibotia and Leptobotia in this case?

Avant one way to tell the difference between Sinibotia and Leptobotia is that the latter have a noticeably shorter suborbital spine. Sinibotia also have a pair of rounded lobes in the lower lip which are missing in Leptobotia (there are other differences too, some of which are internal).

At any rate in this case your loach can't be L. guiliensis because that's a more elongate fish and the vertical stripes are restricted to the upper half of the body. Based on the length of the snout and lack of head markings I'd guess it's S. superciliaris though it might also be a young S. pulchra.
