Which States Ban Dojos?

Does anybody know for sure if any particular US states have banned sales of dojos? Someone on another forum mentioned that Oregon has banned dojo sales since they've become a problem in the western (milder climate) part of the state. But they never posted again, so I don't know if that's true or not. I live in Oregon, but my nearest LFS is in Idaho, and nobody there has heard of anything like this. Just curious. . .

They're legal in Idaho. That's where I live, and I have no problem getting them, at all. Good thing, because they're such cute little fishies. Have you tried Washington? I think you can get them there, too.

They are illegal in MA & ME but I have seen them for sale a few times. Check with your state fish & wildlife site, there should be a list of either banned species or some have "allowed" lists, some need a permit. Here's an answer from another forum re Ore.
