Hi everyone,
I would like to share with you some pic's of my tank-

In the beginning-
I've put wood and stones on the background and then filled up with foam

the mess

After the foam was set, I covered the hole thing with silicon and coconut fiber, until it looked like this-

I've made some holes at the top of the foam for tubing so that i can water the plants that will be attached-

Behind the background i have hidden all the "hardware", including a 3000 l\h pump that creates a nice current :D

The residents-

That's it for now. I'm having problems with the water trickle on the background, I hope to get it working soon and to get some plants for the dry area.
Plus I'm waiting patiently for some fry...

I would love to hear any suggestions about anything you have to say

Thanks,
Planty.

Very nice!
Do you have pics of the entire tank as it looks now?
Also, do you have problems with the coconut fiber coming off in the water?

Thanks.
The tank hasn't changed much, and it will stay that way until i solve my problem.
Don't have any problems with the fiber. I've worked in small patches, using silicone and pressing the fibers on to the background, brushing off and fixing the holes

You don't have any pics of the whole completed tank with water in it. That is what I was asking to see. :D

That's a very creative construction method with the materials used. Nicely done.
