Hi Chris,
That is one very nice looking tank, do you have a manifold system in there to create unidirectional flow? I think i can see a couple of powerheads in there but can't tell how they are linked up :)

Thank you everyone. I am proud of my tank and happy to have it up with the likes of the people on LOL. The tank is a 30 gallon 36" tank. I wanted bigger but space just wouldnt permit. I went through alot of growing pains with this tank and everyones posts and input helped me immensely. Through the learning curve I lost some fish I really liked. Now the tank is "knocking wood" pretty trouble free. Emmas input helped solve my hair algea issue, but I ended up losing pretty much all of the plants. Even though the tanks inhabitants arent the most flashy or colorful fish I still enjoy it the most. All of the river tank loaches have names given to them by either myself or my wife. None of the other tanks have this distinction. I think for us it is the evolution of these fish that make tham so fascinating. I was thrilled when my lfs was willing to order some of the tougher to find loaches. They were not setting any sales records till this past week. Someone came in and purchased 10 tweedi and 10 chenni. I hope there is another river tank keeping these fish happy. As for my tank it is anxiously awaiting the arival of sewellia. I am so excited
