By the picture, you are referring to pangio kuhli. Three Kuhli's are the absolute minimum. It also depends on the size of your tank. Hope this helps.

I think you are mistaking his signature which is a kuhli for what he's looking for

For Striata loaches I recommend at least 3 for aquariums 30 gallons or less,
and 5 for larger aquariums.
What is the volume of the aquarium ?
Will there be any other loaches in the aquarium ?

I really like boitias, they seem like tiny snakes. gorgeous little creatures!
