Looks like a schistura spilota.

well as no one else had said anything
and the description on fishbase states
"Can be distinguished by the following characters: 7-10 bars on body, the anterior ones conspicuously wider than the posterior ones"
which does seem to describe these loaches (They have 7 bars)
I'll take it as that is what they are (for now)
I see loaches online website dosn't even mention them,
I'd be happy if my pics were used in their addition
if and when it appears.

Since your fish seems to have red dot at dorsal fin base it is not spilota. In the species index the Schistura sp. 1 is spilota.

Its body shape is slightly different from the usual Schistura in that it has pretty long tail section and rather short barbels. And of course it has no trace of red dot at dorsal fin base that is seen on the majority of Schistura. Another interesting thing is that it often has irregular bar pattern.
