My dojo (weather) loach has a lump on one of his sides. I noticed it about a month after i bought him. He's had it for a couple months and it doesn't seem to be killing him but he lays on his other side with his head in the air most of the day like he's very uncomfortable. He won't eat unless you stick your hand in the tank and put the food right in front of his mouth. He also seems to have a very hard time swimming, he just kind of flips around, and he won't bury himself in the sand like my other dojo does. He just mostly hides.
