Panda Loach and Hillstream Loach Breeding

I am new to the forum but not new to fish keeping.
After moving house I decided that rheophilic species, and some line bred guppies, would be the direction of my fishroom. I am just starting to put it together but plan on having
2 display tanks
1 75 gal Central Taiwan Stream Biotope already setup and running for a few months
2 candidius barbarta
5 Zacco platypus
3 acrossocheilus paradoxus
12 rhingobius candidius
I built a Panta Rhei style river manifold with false bottom using 2 x 7500L/h circulation pumps to create unidirectional flow. I have a 817L'h canister filter but want to upgrade this in the near future as I have to much suspended particles.
The tank is cleaner now as this was right after a large water change. The riparian growth is hydrocotyle sp. and a terrestrial grass that grows into the stream.
Taiwan horse mouth - Candidia Bartbarta. Fast, hard and somewhat aggressive especially during feeding
55 gal paludarian style river tank - not set up yet
This will house different rheophilic species to enjoy with emergent and submerged plant growth
2 x 3 Tier breeding Racks
1 is being setup at the moment
Top tier - a rapids tank to house my 4 stiphodon ornatus and 6 sicyopterus japonicus
Middle tier - riffle tank for a group of 8 Yaoshania Pachycheilus I bought a few months ago
Bottom tier - pool tank. The inhabitants have not been decided yet but I may use it to grow out the babies from the panda loaches
How the rack with be set up and flow. There will be a centralized 48gal sump and a 3000L/h~6000L/h adjustable return pump.
The S. japonicus and S. ornatus are housed in the 75gal Stream tank but will be moved once the rack is ready.
I hope to learn a lot from the specific knowledge base here.
