Fungus treatment? Can anyone advise me as to what to do?

My Severum has a fungus on his pectoral fins from squeezing in and under driftwood. I have Clown Loaches Na Brochis in the tank with him. Can I safely use aquarium salt and not harm my scaleless pals?All I have on hand is Dr. Wellfish`s salt and Jungle Fungus Clear. I was hopeing one of these would be safe. If not I`ll run to the LFS in the morning.
