my clown loaches are being agressive, is this posible???

I have 4 loaches, one of them is bigger and darker than the other ones, recently, I have been noticing that they have been chasing each other in an aggressive way,I hear them against the glass, is this a norma behavior?, I am afraid that they are gonna get hurt. please let me know... thanks.
