Best food for loaches

What do you laoch experts feed your (botiine) loaches? I didn't really set out to have a focus on them, so I haven't tried to optimize the food for them, exactly. Now that I have been irreversably smitten, I figure I should make sure that I do what's best for these wonderful fish. I also have black neon tetras, two silvertip tetras, three bushynose plecos, and four corys. I feed frozen brine shrimp twice a week, algae wafers almost daily, sometimes shrimp pellets (for bottom feeders), and tetra flakes 5 days a week. All my fish seem healthy (with the exception of my recent temperature mishap, of course), but I am sure there's better stuff around than flakes.

Food looks good, just possibly consider adding in some fresh veggies, like broccoli or cucumber.

I would add some more frozen foods to the menu, such as mosquito larvae, Mysis shrimp, chopped krill etc.

Also, some sort of sinking catfish pellets would be good too.

Have a read of this, it may be of interest: http://www.loaches.com/care/the-loach-almanac

Mosquito larvae would be very much recommend and appreciated from the Loaches. 8)

Red/Black or White mosquito larvae 2 or 3 times a week is recommended.

Great - I forgot to mention that I put in zucchini once a week as well, but I will get some mosquito larve and other frozen goodies for sure, and erad the article recommended by Emma. Thanks! :D
