Sick Golden Loach with patches

[img]Hello. I was wondering if anyone on here can help me with some advice about my Golden Loach Michelle.
About 2-3 weeks ago he started getting faded browny Green patches (on/in?) his body. They look like they could be inside him though, and showing through his Yellow skin. He has also since then developed Brown streaks on his tail and fins. he is looking underweight but other than that acting perfectly normal and happy. My Step-dad thinks they are seasonal markings or something, but I'm not convinced that tis the case. He is in a tank with a Tiger barb, a Pleco, and Two Blue-eyed Cichlids. I have photos but am not sure how to attach them as this is my first post. Any help would be appreciated.
