Help! My Clown Loach is unusually swollen, not seen before!

Do you have him in a separate tank, Seraphangel? Keep the water nice and clean (lots of small regular water changes).

My poor Loach died yesterday. Thanks for help and advise, it's a shame I couldn't save him.
