New dojo tank

Post by paperdragon » Tue Jul 15, 2008 8:24 am

I just got my new 75gal (standard dimensions) tank set up and got everything transfered out of the hex tank I was using yesterday. Those little dojos really do use up every inch of space they're given. :)

Here's a pic:

One of the females was playing "queen of the mountain" a little while ago (sorry the pic's kinda fuzzy):

I still need to get a few more plants and put up a dark background behind the tank.

How many dojos are in your tank,,,which looks great!! For the life of me I still can't tell the difference between male and female. Maybe mine are all the same sex!!

Emma: yeah, they're doing their 'loachy dance' all over the tank while I'm typing. (it's great having them right across from the computer, especially since I work from home. :D)

Debs: I have three in there, one male and two females. If you can't see any major difference in your dojos' pectoral fin size then there's a good chance they are all the same. Mine are pretty noticeably different.
