Sorry to get to this so late.
Yes, it looks like very nasty ich with complications.
The female I don't think is gravid. She appears to be more bloated to me. With gravid fish you can usually notice a demarcation line between the muscle above the lateral line and the abdomen. Also her vent is very red and distended and there's either an injury or a sore alongside it.
The male is very greyed out, and positively has ich and it may be too late...

I'd start with the Jungle Ick clear if I were you. Avoid anything with copper in it. The Ich X would work, but given the sad state of your male, the formaldehyde might be too much for him, on the other hand, if those grey patches on the female were velvet, the Jungle product won't touch it.
Whatever you do, do NOT move any of these fish into a healthy tank unless there are no other fish in it. Ich often starts in the gills where it is unseen until it is very well established.
Are you sure it was a fight that created injuries or could they be sores? Something must have gone off in the tank in either case. Stressed fish will get aggressive sometimes, too. All the other fish in the tank seem fine?
Do me a favor and after lights out shine a flashlight on several fish. If you see anything like a silver/gold sheen start thinking velvet. It sometimes is not rusty/gold colored at all, but more like a fine powdery coating on the surface of the scales.
