Thanks Botia maximus!
Not sure exactly but those two may be in the 7-8 inch range. The square tube next to them gives an idea and the tube is 3 1/2 wide by 2 1/2 tall.

They're in great shape! I had some 14 year old Clowns and that's about what size they were. I love that you have the feared Tiger Botia  "unsafe to keep with anything" co-existing with the Clowns as well as the dreaded B. Modesta.

Thanks Val, thanks Mick.
Actually he is not a tiger botia and he has lived with the clowns peacefully for almost 14 years. He hates tigers, striadas, yoyos, kubotias, and other similar to him botias. The main botia that have trouble with the clowns are the modestas.

Absolutely, I will start another post called "Action Shots" with some action shots: fast movement, jumping, fighting ect. I am currently compiling some pictures using high (not really) speed photography. As you might have guess, taking some quality shots takes time and patience. Unfortunately, I dont have too much time in the morning when they are most active. Be on the lookout though.

ha! You will be faster, I am currently collecting pics from my new sinibotia which are done quarantine. I try to snap them during their loach dance at night. That's Basically impossible to foscus, but with prefocus and pre-trigger some pic's come out.

My only comment on this photo is: It is suitable for a cover of a book. You know, " simple " :). Beautiful
