3 striata loaches that I finaly found here in Brazil. I put them on the 200 liter tank with 5 small Clowns and 5 morleti:

You'll like the striatas. I have 13, though it always seems like I have about half that many since only 6 or 7 are visible at a time. They do show themselves a lot, but not as much as clowns.

Thanks for the feedback Keith,

I had the oportunity to buy more (there was 7 at the fishstore) but the price they were asking for was a bit spicy, US$ 22 each, so I got only 3.

Have fun with the striatas, they are great!

Yours still look a bit skinny, but don't worry, they will fatten up quick.
They eat just about anything :)

wow.. great sitriatas..
marcos, I have 3 yoyos with different sizes. the bigest one always bullies the smaller ones, the smaller fishes are thin. but the bigest is fat.
is it normal?

It´s a normal behavior but it could be better for the smallers if you have at least 5 of them, so the attention and agressiveness between them would be far better distributed.

btw, is it ok to put corys with loaches??
I have 4 clowns about 14 cm, the night after I added the corrys, they are gone.. I thought they are eaten.. :(

I aways had albino Corys with my loaches and never had that isue. :roll:
