Some 'pimples" on clown's nose

So this morning one of the clowns showed up with many tiny pimples and holes on his nose. The spots seem to be the same color with his skin.

Any ideas of what it might be?

Don't worry about it, they're just tubercles. Many species of fish get them as they mature.
