Is this really B. Dario?

When searching through a store, we found these little buggers. He told us they were B. Dario, but I'm not sure. What do you guys think?

Yes they are Botia dario. They have the very distinctive head shape. The markings can be very variable.

Nice specimens too , lots of yellow colouration .
