No Way! I cant believe it. I am so sorry to hear about this.
Marge was definately the greatest Clown Loach on Earth. Probably the greatest captive clown loach ever. It will be a long time before another clown is ever as advanced as Marge.
Marge's success was due to the expert care and attention she received. I cant imagine anything else that could have been done.
Thankyou for all the pictures and memories I am greatfull for everything I have learned about Clowns thanks largely due to Marge.

Thank you so much to everyone who has posted here - your replies have been so comforting to read, and I confess I feel quite overwhelmed with the responses from so many friends old and new.
The tank does seem very empty without Marge, not just because of her size, but because of her incredible personality. She was such a character, a real gentle giant, and I miss her so much.
I've bought a new buddleia plant for the back garden (these are my favourite shrubs - I love the flowers and the fact that they attract so many butterflies and bees) and Marge will be buried underneath it at the weekend. When the time is right, I plan to add some new small clowns to the shoal, and who knows, in many years to come, they might grow into new "Marge's" of their own.
Thank you again for all your kind messages.
Emma
