Clown Loach with white bump - not Ich - looks like a pimple

I have a large clown with a white bump on his side. It doesn't look like Ich at all. The skin around the bump is raised the way a pimple would be on our skin. It looks like a pimple with a white head. I can't see any characteristics to indicate a particular parasite and I have no idea what it could be. Has anyone seen this in their tank before? We just had a power outage for 16 hours from a hurricane, and it was after the power came back on that I noticed the bump. During the power outage I ran a battery backup unit every 3 hours or so for about 30 minutes at a time to conserve the battery in case the power was out longer than expected. I did a 30% water change 2 days before the power outage. Water test strip shows that water conditions are good. No amonia.

I took 5 pictures and none of them show the spot very well at all. They're so bad that it isn't worth posting any of them. I'll try again tomorrow.
