Can I get a hillstream loach?

The Petco is just terrible, but I'd like to try and save these guys. I love my LFS, but it's nearly two hours away, and their hardware is a bit ridiculously expensive, so often I go to Petco. I've sworn off PetSmart after they had a bout of fish TB and had more than half the tanks empty, but were still selling diseased fish. Also because I like to test and ask what would be a good tank mate for goldfish, and they told me to get either angelfish or some Oscars :/

Are they prone to get stuck in decor? I have a pirate ship with a funky interior that my amanos love, and I've entirely sanded it, but I wanted to know if they would try and wedge themselves in crevices. Also, once I figure out how, I'll edit this and add a picture of one of the loaches there. I think they had two species, but I couldn't get a pic of the other.

In addition to Diana's suggestions, I've seen smooth rocks at Lowe's & HD too.
