I suppose I should have said which ever Emma can supply me with, although I think it will be the Sewelia that I get.

I have just been having a look around on google and have come across the "Rio Motion Double Duckbill" powerhead attachment and I think that could be exactly what I am after. Now to find a UK supplier.

Not so sure. If I was limited to one species only, I probably would go for Chenis (cf. the Poll thread). Sewellia would be the 2nd choice.

As for Hardiness: it actually would be nice to have an approximate chart.
How about this to start with:

Confuzona 1
Gastros 6
Sewellia 8
Beaufortia 8
Schisturas 10

I don't think you would regret going with either Gastros or Sewellia.
Both are attractive and fun to watch. Both eat a wide variety of foods once they settle in. The Sewellias, however, seem to be a bit more active, and have that amazing color pattern.
Since Emma has such nice specimens of both, you could go that route.

I think I need to apologize to all Gastros.

The thing is they never showed much of interesting behavior here...until today. Took them only three months. Tonight, suddenly lots of active behavior...fighting for stones, flashing tails...putting a pretty good show.

Maybe its the full moon, but mine have been very fiesty in the last day or so. My dominant "bull" sewellia (that's what I'm calling him how) is really throwing his weight around. Lots of gliding chases and back glass scuffles.
Never a dull moment with these fish.

It must be that time of the year, Jim. Mine are also going 'nuts'. One sight i love is when they are eating on the substrate and looking up at me, Very cute with them 'puppy' eyes.
